One of the best Dental clinics I have been to, good treatment and very good Professionals. After trying here I'm not going to go anywhere else. They take great care of you and advise you on everything. I have had to do several things and the quality and price are unbeatable. A taste of personal and efficiency.

I have gone to this clinic two or three times for minor operations (filling, crown placement) and I have appreciated the following: The facilities on Avda. del Cid are quite good, but it's a shame that they have the habit of leaving the cabinet doors open while treating patients. It is incomprehensible that they do not respect the privacy of the patient, sometimes exchanging glances with those coming and going down the hallway. Once, while I was lying in the room with the door open, I heard the conversation of a person whom I recognized by his voice. These situations seem third world to me, especially when on a previous occasion I had already made a comment about it to the girl at the reception. Another issue is that the dentist who saw me a few weeks ago (I think it was Gonzalo) to place a temporary crown showed so little skill by pressing the piece against the gum, as if he were fighting with it, that he hurt me and even though it was Obviously it hurt me and I complained, he didn't even flinch: not an apology, not a comment. Regrettable. Finally, when I went to the counter to pay, there was no one but then a woman dressed in street clothes appeared saying that they had told her what to charge me (30 euros for badly hitting a temporary piece in about 10 minutes and a small injury on my gum that lasted a week), then it disappeared before I gave her the money and then the receptionist came. Surreal. I don't know if the fact that it is a family business relaxes the atmosphere and professional demands somewhat. Ladies and gentlemen of the Ubierna clinic: be more professional.
